Little Bullet Tuna is a lesser-known member of the tuna and mackerel family. The fish is caught in Andalusia and is preferred for its taste as well as its sustainability. The fillets (roughly 600g whole fish catch weight) are hand-boned, skinned, and pared before being infused with the very best Andalusian olive oil.
Based in Vienna, Pyscis sells responsibly-sourced tinned fish in limited editions. They aim to produce the very best gourmet conserves, using lesser-known fish and seafood species.
