- Do you offer shoe repair?
When it comes time to resole or recraft your shoes, simply bring them to one of our shops, and we’ll send them back to the manufacturer for you. Consult the chart below for costs and estimated turnaround times.

All pre-owned shoes are sold as-is. Since these shoes are previously owned, we cannot guarantee their condition or offer any warranty. We inspect each item carefully and do our best to present the shoes as they are.
- Do you honor sale prices for recently purchased items?
Leffot will offer a sale price adjustment on merchandise purchased up to 7 days prior to the start date of a sale or promotion. The exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made. All approved sale price adjustments will be applied in the form of a store credit. Please note that we will not be able to provide price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale.
- Is it possible that some shoes have been previously tried on?
Items purchased online may have been tried on in the store. Given our hardwood floors, we cannot guarantee that uppers will be uncreased or soles unscuffed.
Gift Cards
- Do you offer physical gift cards?
Gift cards are delivered to the recipient by email. A physical gift card is not sent.
- How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be applied at checkout. Simply enter the gift card code, received in your gift card email, and the amount will be deducted from your order. The gift card code will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
- Do gift cards expire? Can I exchange it for cash?
Gift cards do not expire, are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
Store Credit
- Where can I use my store credit?
Store credit can be used in our New York store, over the phone, and through email. Store credit cannot be used for online orders at this time. If you would like to order a web item using your store credit, please email us.
- Does my store credit expire? Can I use it to purchase any item?
Store credit does not expire. We keep it on file until you’re ready to use it. It is applicable toward any item, including custom orders.
