I’ve noticed over time the comment made by some customers who come in and try shoes on wearing casual clothing. The comment is something like “I wish I could see these shoes with a suit.”
Well now with great thanks to our friends at Duncan Quinn in Nolita we have our newly outfitted man just for that purpose. We call him Theodore and he is indeed a very dashing figure in his dark navy pinstripe suit.
We paired this outfit with our newly arrived Edward Green Ringwood’s. The contrast of the Edwardian Antique of the shoes and the Burnt Orange in the tie and pocket square is just the way we like to see it. We are more than happy to arrange “any” shoe for you to look at. Our goal is to help you look and feel your best at all times.
This week we are showing a couple of our side windows. We feature the Alden classic Cordovan Tassel loafer in color 8 (Burgundy) and a full compliment of Psycho Bunny cashmere scarf, tie, and new to Leffot the cashmere knit cap and sterling silver cuff links.
And in our other window we feature the new Edward Green Ringwood in Edwardian Antique along with our similar selection of Psycho Bunny wears.
We’ve just received three new Edward Green models, of which two are new designs and one which is new to Leffot. The two new designs are the Claverton on the 82 last in Dark Oak and the Midford also on the 82 last in Black Calf.
I really like the sleeker lines of the 82 last on these two models. It has a much more stylish feel than the 202, it’s very elegant but also perfect for office wear.
The third style is the Ringwood in Edwardian Antique on the 888 last. This butterfly gusset shoe with medallion toe has a very continental boot look to it. It’s a great looking shoe especially with casual slacks such as cords, flannels or jeans.
