Autumn is chukka boot season and our newest Quoddy Road Chukka has arrived just in time. These boots are made in Tan Muleskinner a waxy finished rough out leather that is water repellent and great looking. Like all Quoddy shoes and boots these chukkas are handsewn in Maine and incredibly comfortable.
Quoddy Road Chukka
These are our new Quoddy chukkas we’re calling the Road Chukka because we’ve designed them with fall/winter on and off road traction. These are essentially the Deck Chukka with the new, beefy Vibram tread soles.
The boots are deerskin lined and the thicker soles provide extra cushion and traction on wet days. Wear these with a pair of heavy weight socks for added warmth and comfort your feet will thank you.

Maliseet British Tan
There’s a misconception out there that suggests moccasins, like Quoddy are summer shoes. I don’t see it that way at all; in fact I think they’re great all season casual shoes. I also think the new Maliseet in British Tan Chromexcel makes my point. The color is an autumnal rusty brown great with denim, khakis flannels and cords.
The fact that they’re completely handsewn and comfortable as hell is a bonus. It’s been feeling a little fall like which of course won’t last and either will these Maliseet’s.

The Quoddy brand has been hand-sewing moccasins for 100 years. Located in Lewiston, Maine they still produce each pair made to order. This is finely crafted casual footwear made of quality materials i.e. Horween Chromexcel, and Calico suede which means they not only look and feel great they’ll wear well too.
