Edward Green’s Oundle is one of the most unique shoes you can buy. Like the Edward Green’s Westminster, the Oundle is a monk strap, but its single strap and plain toe give it a clean, understated look. It’s a dress shoe that’s distinctive in casual settings as well.
This version, in dynamic burnt pine, is noticeable yet understated, a great color for the bright days of spring and summer.

Not all Made to Order shoes are equal. There are certain styles, which we’ve made more often than others and the Oundle monk strap shoe by Edward Green is one of them.
It’s one of those shoes that deserves a second look it’s simple yet stylish and that’s exactly what we like about it. Made of only three pieces of leather these shoes can be made with or without a medallion on the toe.

Here are two more Edward Green MTO’s we received recently. Both beautifully made.
The Oundle by the way has somewhat of a spat look to it when the pant leg drapes the front, a very handsome monk strap.
