    I own a number of Shell belts. Most were produced by Alden, a few by other companies. The Alden belts are far nicer than the other brands. They are well worth the money.

    I understand that many recent belts are lighter than the color 8 shoes. Will your belts match a darker color 8 longwing? If not, is it possible to darken the cordovan?

    I’ve been trying to find find a belt that matches my Alden Kudu leather boots. Since Alden doesn’t make a kudo leather belt, do you think color 8 would be the closest match?

    I wear the Horween x Leffot brown chromexcel belt with my Kudu 404.
