Last year we presented a pair of Pierre Corthay Wilfrid’s in Olive Green calf and crocodile. They were made to order for our number one Corthay enthusiast Dr. V. who lives upstate NY. This time he was inspired to create an Arca in Python.
I can’t help thinking what a perfect combination of material and style this is. The Arca is all about sleek and lean like the Python itself combining the two makes one deadly pair of shoes.

loving those shoes. great job. respect!
Beautiful!
They would be much more to my taste if left natural colour and not dyed. I have a pair of early Liberty Python boots in natural colour and they are still beautiful-though sadly a bit yellowed. Tres Outlaws do a great pair now-again in natural.
As far as Pierre Corthay goes the best pair I ever saw were a silver pair azure dusted -blue tint with a provision of vintage jewelled Charles X buckles!!
Basically Versailles court shoes Bourbon-era. They were magical!! The buckles were approx £5000 alone. God knows what the shoes cost-possibly 2000 ish.
Is the Python Arca’s a Made-to-measure shoe or a ready-to-wear? Is this Goodyear welt? Can I see a jpg of the sole? What is the price? Thank you.
