This coming fall the Wolverine 1000 Mile collection is unveiling a limited edition boot under the imprint 721LTD (named as a nod to the original 1000 Mile boot reference number). They will be built in the USA in Horween shell cordovan. That’s all we’ll say for now other than we have seen the sample and can tell you they are going to be very sweet.
To celebrate the release Wolverine has commissioned a short film series to document the process of creating the 721LTD boots. The first film profiles America’s finest tannery, Horween Leather Co. in Chicago. Horween takes us through the process of making the shell cordovan that will be supplied to the 721LTD boots.
Because of our special relationship with Wolverine, Leffot has been selected as one of a handful of retailers to stock this exceptional boot. We will continue to keep you updated of all the latest developments including the next chapter in this series. We can hardly wait for fall.

Steven … Really nice film and you know I love the boots! Do you know the name of the song and the artist?
Hi Steven – if these will fit the same as the regular 1000 Mile boot I tried on back in May at Leffot, keep me posted for a 12D. Any ideas on colors?
Michael,
The closing credits list the music by The Four Horsemen, and the Cave Singers.
Chad,
These should fit the same as the original 1000 mile boots, we do have an idea about the color but we’re sworn to secrecy for now sorry.
Why do I get the feeling these will be the third pair I will have on pre-order with you? Can’t wait for the pictures. . . I am a sucker for anything Horween, especially shell!
Daniel the third time’s the charm
