The Wolverine 1000 Mile Boots have traveled far and wide, our clients own them in Scotland, Australia, Germany, Singapore and this pair in Brazil. Antonio was kind enough to write us and let us know how much he is enjoying his.
If there is one question we get asked most often about these boots it’s “How will they wear?” Well, they look pretty good to us, obrigado Antonio.
Hi Steven,
I bough these black Wolverine 1000 Mile boots from you, when I was in New York, November 6th 2009 (a Friday – I was with my daughter). You were so kind and made me try the boots, and from that point on there was no going back! I bought them right away. Congratulations for your fantastic shop, and for the “out of shop” experience – the website, blog and so on – because that was how I discovered the store, surfing the web here in Brazil.
I am a painter, so I made this photo of the already worn boots in front of a little painting of mine.

These boots sure look good! And they get more and more comfortable with use, too! Best, Antonio
Nice.
Steven … What would one apply to the brown sole edge on these boots to maintain the color and eliminate the scuff marks?
Michael
I recommend light brown Saphir wax it gives the edge a golden glow.
Steven
Is there a 7.5 US or a 8US available in rust color?
