Steven,
Seeing the beautiful pairs of Corthay shoes posted over the past week is definitely heightening my anticipation for the delivery my own first pair. I am curious though, do you have a listing of “base” colors for MTO?
I realize that with patinas and other variations, each pair can be unique, but there are obviously some standard colors that are the starting point. For example, Corthay doesn’t depict any shoes in bergeronette on their website, but it’s clearly a regularly available color since you’ve showcased several different pairs in that color on the blog here. (I also recently saw a picture taken of Corthay’s shop window that shows a bright blue shoe, which is another color missing from the samples on the Corthay website.) Since I’m hoping to order more pairs in the future, I’d like to know what the universe of available colors are and I’m sure other folks would be interested too! Thank you!

Stephen,
Corthay is a master when it come to colors and patinas. Some are for RTW and others are for bespoke. It’s not possible to picture for example all the color options, everything is on a case by case basis.
That being said I’m always happy to discuss options with you.
