New Arca Flavor
Pierre Corthay is without doubt a master designer and shoemaker. The Arca arguably the most famous model in the Corthay collection is a chameleon, change the color and you have a completely new shoe. There’s really no end to the options with Pierre, if you can dream it he will create it.
Our newest Arca is in Lie de Vin. In all honesty these photos don’t do justice to the color. I tried several times to capture the color perfectly alas this is the best I could do. They still look amazing.
In particular the stained soles are a great touch, Christian Louboutin has nothing on Corthay.

The finish on those is beautiful. They almost look too nice to walk in.

Steven,
You describe the color here as “Lie de Vin (Bordeaux),” but Corthay’s website suggests that those are two different colors. (Compare the Kleber, Model 10 under Oedipe, which is listed as “lie de vin” on the French version of the site, with the Dillet under Sur Mesure, which is listed as “bordeaux”.) Could you clarify?
P.S. They’re beautiful either way!

Yes they are. There’s no clarification simply put the shoes are “wine” color.
