I wasn't sure weather to post this or not. I loved the Ventures too. Many found memories. It is to bad Mel Taylor died before the induction into the Hall of Fame. One must recall that Bob played lead in the early hists like Walk, Don't Run and Perfidia. Later I loved his bass solo in Caravan on THE VENTURES ON STAGE. The same solo in THE VENTURES LIVE IN JAPAN IN '65 was not as good. His work was a blessing and I will remember him fondly. Justice prevailed when they got into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
