New Suit

Theodore has a new suit for spring. Our friends at Duncan Quinn have changed out their suit for spring this time it’s French blue and of course we put it with a pair of French made shoes. This time Theodore is wearing a pair of Pierre Corthay Bucy.

Nice suit. I love the new ties those guys have. Given that Duncan Quinn carries Cleverley shoes, perhaps we should add those to the suit? :)

    Greg,
We love those guys too, but as we don’t have Cleverly in stock we match the shoes with what we stock.
    Thanks,

Beautiful suit. But do you need to be 6ft 1, 160lbs, and tan to wear it well?
Great shoe match. I am 5,11 and 185 – with big shoulders and (short legs) and I’d be afraid this suit would make me look like the joker (before Heath Ledger)…what’s your thoughts there?

The suit is beautiful and it is available at Duncan Quinn in Nolita. They come in various sizes and I am quite sure they can find one that suits (no pun intended) your build.

PS – DQ was kind enough to loan it to us to show various shoes with suits, which is a benefit if you are trying shoes wearing a casual outfit.

What last is the Bucy on? Do you have this in stock in a US size 11?

    Thanks!

    Jay,
The Bucy is on the 001 last which is a slimmer last. I have an 11.5 but no 11. We can order it for you.

Is the Bucy in 11.5 part of the on-going 40% off?

    Thanks,

    Jay

And do you sell your Corthay’s pre-patina’ed or does it come “nude”?

The Bucy are not on sale. They sell for $1,185. All the Corthay shoes arrive pre-patina.
